His father Rik Wilson was a former St. Louis Blues defensemen who retired in St.Louis and started a training business. That is where Brock fell in love with fitness. From there Brock moved on to playing professional hockey for 5 seasons. During his time playing he was able to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). When it was time to retire Brock invested in the training facility his father had started and they expanded into performance training. Since then he has worked with many NHL draft picks, players, and a few teams. Brock has also worked with many NCAA athletes all the way to youth athletes. however one of his biggest passions is helping your everyday person trying to change their life.
